1. Maintenance

Maintaining your car is key. If you want to get the most out of your vehicle, you need to stay up to date on routine maintenance. Be sure you are changing your oil regularly, rotating and replacing your tires, maintaining your brake pads, and cleaning or replacing your air filters.

2. Learn How to Do Maintenance Yourself

One of the reasons we procrastinate on routine maintenance is because we don’t want to pay for it. If you want to save some money, you can learn how to do basic maintenance on your own. Road rage is common, but it doesn’t have to be. If you find yourself getting upset behind the wheel, try to relax yourself and be kind to other drivers. Road rage can lead to unsafe driving conditions, but being kind can reduce stress and make the road a safer place.

5. Clean Your Car

There are several reasons why you should keep your car clean. For one, a clean car is a more efficient car. If you keep heavy items in your back seat or trunk, these items can reduce the efficiency of your vehicle. A dirty car can also obstruct your vision or put you in danger if you get into an accident.
